Time Medical Philippines (TM-P), a step-down subsidiary of Fischer Medical Ventures Limited, has been awarded a province-wide digital healthcare project in Catanduanes Province in the Philippines. The project will deploy an integrated healthcare platform combining Health Kiosks with the PhilHealth-accredited FlynnCare Clinic Management System (CMS). It is the first province-wide implementation of this integrated model in the Philippines and marks an important step in expanding digitally enabled healthcare under the country’s Universal Health Care programme.

Through the deployment, frontline healthcare teams will have access to connected screening, digital clinical workflows and teleconsultation capabilities. The system is also designed to improve the collection and management of patient information, helping healthcare providers coordinate care more effectively. The solution is designed to connect community-level healthcare with digital clinical workflows and patient information. It will support municipalities and barangays where access to healthcare facilities, diagnostic services and specialist consultations can be limited.

Ravindran Govindan, Chairman and Managing Director, Time Medical Philippines, said the Catanduanes project demonstrates how technology can help bring healthcare services closer to communities. “We are integrating Health Kiosks with the PhilHealth-accredited FlynnCare Clinic Management System to support connected screening, structured clinical workflows, teleconsultation and timely access to patient information,” he said.

The project supports the broader objectives of the Philippines’ Universal Health Care programme by creating a connected healthcare model that can be deployed across an entire province. It is expected to provide a foundation for improving access, reducing delays and strengthening coordination between community healthcare teams and the wider healthcare system. TM-P and FlynnCare plan to use the Catanduanes implementation as a model for future healthcare digitalisation projects across the Philippines and other markets with similar healthcare requirements.

The companies are also exploring opportunities involving AI-enabled screening, preventive healthcare, TeleRadiology, Tele-Diagnosis and connected care pathways. These capabilities can support early detection, remote consultation and more efficient healthcare delivery.
