Tata Technologies Reports Strong Q4 FY26 Performance with Revenue Growth

Tata Technologies Limited (BSE: 544028, NSE: TATATECH) has announced its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, reporting robust growth in revenue, profitability, and operational performance. For the fourth quarter, the company recorded total operating revenue of ₹15,722 million, reflecting a 15.1 per cent quarter-on-quarter increase. Revenue from the services segment stood at ₹12,196 million, also rising 15.0 per cent sequentially. In constant currency terms, services revenue reached $132.6 million, marking an 11.9 per cent growth over the previous quarter.

Operating EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹2,521 million, registering a sharp increase of 30.7 per cent quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA margin improved to 16.0 per cent compared to 14.1 per cent in the previous quarter, supported by improved operating leverage and efficiency measures. Adjusted net income came in at ₹1,625 million, up 20.3 per cent, with net income margin at 10.3 per cent.

The company’s workforce strength stood at 12,646 employees, while attrition over the last twelve months was recorded at 16.2 per cent. The Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹8.35 per equity share along with a special dividend of ₹3.35 per share, subject to shareholder approval.

Commenting on the performance, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Warren Harris noted that the company sustained the growth momentum built in the previous quarter, with broad-based expansion across customers and programs. He highlighted improved order visibility and increased wins in full vehicle engineering programs as key drivers supporting future growth.

Chief Financial Officer Uttam Gujrati stated that the company delivered strong revenue growth alongside margin expansion and healthy cash flow generation, reflecting disciplined execution and operational focus.

During the quarter, Tata Technologies secured several strategic engagements across global markets. These included a multi-year full vehicle engineering program with a leading Japanese automotive manufacturer, strengthening its presence in Asia. The company was also selected by a European luxury automotive original equipment manufacturer for enterprise-wide product lifecycle management transformation.

Additional wins included a multi-year mandate to establish a global engineering centre for a Tier 1 automotive supplier and a partnership with a North American commercial vehicle manufacturer to deliver end-to-end digital and engineering services. The company also secured engagements with European automotive players for supplier quality management and electronics development programs.
