Quarterly performance peaked in Q4 FY26 with sales of 83,418 units, up 76% compared to the same period last year. This growth was supported by expanding market presence, a wider retail footprint, and strong demand for its family-focused scooter, Rizta.

Its service infrastructure also expanded to approximately 548 centres, ensuring consistent customer support. Financially, Ather reported total income of ₹3,823 crore, up 66% year-on-year. Non-vehicle revenue streams, including software services, charging, and accessories, contributed 13% of total income, reflecting deeper ecosystem integration. Adjusted gross margin rose sharply to ₹925 crore, with margins improving to 24%.
The company substantially reduced its EBITDA losses to ₹257 crore from ₹531 crore in FY25, with margins improving to (6.7%). Net loss also narrowed to ₹517 crore, demonstrating continued progress toward profitability.

He added that the upcoming EL platform and investments in new manufacturing capacity are expected to drive the next phase of growth. Despite supply chain disruptions and commodity volatility during the year, Ather maintained steady execution through strategic sourcing and cost optimisation.
