SLB (NYSE: SLB) today announced that its OneSubsea™ joint venture has been awarded a significant engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract by Eni for Phase 3 of the Baleine deepwater development offshore Côte d’Ivoire. The award reinforces SLB OneSubsea’s position as a strategic subsea technology partner for large-scale offshore developments and highlights the company’s ability to deliver integrated solutions for complex, multi-well projects. Under the contract, SLB OneSubsea will provide complete subsea production systems for 13 wells, including subsea trees, umbilicals, manifolds, multiphase flowmeters, and control systems, along with installation, commissioning, and life-of-field support.
The project is expected to leverage SLB OneSubsea’s integrated execution model, advanced subsea technologies, and established regional capabilities to support efficient delivery and help accelerate production from one of West Africa’s most important offshore energy developments.
