KEC International Ltd, a global infrastructure Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) major and an RPG Group company, has secured new orders worth Rs. 1,303 crores across its Transmission & Distribution (T&D) and Cables & Conductors businesses. The T&D business has secured orders for projects across India, the Middle East and the Americas.
The new awards include a 400 kV transmission line project in Northern India, multiple 380 kV transmission line projects in Saudi Arabia, and orders for the supply of towers, hardware and poles in the Americas. The company’s Cables & Conductors business has also secured multiple orders in India and international markets, further strengthening its order book across key geographies.
Commenting on the order wins, Vimal Kejriwal, MD & CEO, KEC International Ltd, said, “We are delighted with the new order wins, amidst a challenging environment. Our India T&D business has secured a prestigious order from an existing private client for a transmission line project to evacuate power from a hydroelectric plant in Northern India. The International T&D business has further strengthened its presence in the Middle East with multiple order wins in Saudi Arabia.”

The Northern India transmission project will support power evacuation from a hydroelectric plant, while the new Saudi Arabian orders reinforce KEC International’s position in the Middle East transmission infrastructure market. The company’s continued order wins across the Americas also expand its international presence in the supply of transmission towers, hardware and poles.
