Bounce, one of India’s electric mobility companies, has partnered with the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) to strengthen open and sustainable last-mile logistics through its integrated electric vehicle and fleet operations platform. The collaboration brings Bounce’s electric mobility capabilities together with ONDC’s Open Delivery Protocol (ODP), enabling merchants and brands to access a growing network of logistics providers through a single integration. The model is designed to improve access to delivery demand for logistics operators while reducing integration complexity and platform dependency.

ONDC’s logistics network has expanded to more than 50 logistics service providers and 30 small fleet operators across more than 150 cities. More than 80,000 merchants and brands are leveraging ONDC Logistics, creating a broader digital ecosystem for last-mile fulfilment.

Through ODP, logistics providers ranging from national companies to regional operators and smaller fleet owners can connect with merchants through common digital infrastructure. Features such as intelligent rider allocation and FIFO (First-In-First-Out) order matching are helping improve delivery efficiency, with deliveries being enabled in under 15 minutes while supporting better rider utilisation.

Bounce joins the ecosystem through Bounce Task, its ONDC-enabled logistics platform. The offering connects the company’s electric vehicle manufacturing capabilities, fleet operations and gig-worker network to support last-mile deliveries for businesses on the ONDC Network.

Bounce currently supports more than 12,000 delivery executives across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, the National Capital Region and Mumbai. Its vertically integrated model allows the company to combine in-house EV manufacturing with fleet operations, enabling greater control over vehicle performance, utilisation and operating costs.

“Neither merchants nor logistics providers should have to go through cumbersome one-on-one integrations. ONDC’s Open Delivery Protocol allows businesses to integrate once and access a growing network of logistics providers through common digital infrastructure. Similarly logistics players get access to demand with a single simple integration,” said Rohit Lohia, Chief Operating Officer, ONDC. “Today, more than 60,000 merchants and over 150,000 delivery partners are already leveraging this ecosystem. Partnerships like Bounce further strengthen the network by bringing more logistics capacity, better fleet utilisation and greater choice for businesses across India.”

Vivekananda Hallekere, CEO and Co-founder, Bounce, said, “We’ve built deep muscle in running complex fleet operations at scale, and now that we manufacture in-house, those two capabilities compound. Everything we do comes down to two things for the rider: put them on a great scooter, and help them earn the best. ONDC gives that capability open rails to run on.”

Bounce reached group-level profitability in March 2026, while its Bhiwadi facility has annual manufacturing capacity of 200,000 units. The company expects its delivery executive base to grow significantly as demand for EV-led logistics expands. Bounce (Wickedride Adventure Services Pvt Ltd is a vertically integrated electric vehicle company that designs, manufactures and rents EV scooters to gig workers across India. The company combines fleet operations with in-house manufacturing and is backed by Accel, Peak XV, B Capital and Qualcomm Ventures.

Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) is building open digital commerce infrastructure in India through a network model designed to reduce entry barriers and improve access for businesses. The network has enabled more than 500 million transactions across Retail, Logistics, Mobility, Tourism and Financial Services.
