CIRCOR International, Inc, a global leader in flow and motion control solutions for critical applications, has announced the successful implementation of its new Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system, Aras Innovator, at its Leslie Controls division. This achievement marks a major step forward in the company’s ongoing digital transformation journey, strengthening its ability to design, build, and support complex product lines for the US Navy and other demanding industries.
The milestone is the result of extensive collaboration among the Integrated Product Team at Leslie Controls, which unified multiple legacy systems into a single, connected PLM platform. The new digital backbone will enhance visibility and traceability across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain processes, laying the foundation for future capabilities such as digital thread and digital twin integration.
“This milestone reflects the collective effort and vision of our teams,” said Bryan Reimers, Vice President and General Manager, Leslie Controls. “By giving our people smarter, more integrated tools, we’re driving efficiency, innovation, and quality in how we serve our customers. This platform sets the stage for faster decision-making and higher performance across the product lifecycle.”
The Aras Innovator implementation delivers a scalable and collaborative environment that connects engineering, operations, IT, supply chain, and program management teams. Designed to improve data accuracy and streamline workflows, it supports long-term Navy program commitments and accelerates innovation through seamless data integration.
“This transformation goes far beyond a system upgrade—it’s a step-change in how we connect data, decisions, and teams across the enterprise,” said Krishna Kashyap, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, CIRCOR International. CIRCOR acknowledged the leadership and dedication of its project team — David Lieske, Kenneth Ballash, Eric Miller, Amy Peguese, Jason Carpenter, David Young, Vicky Vescio, and Kiera Jones — whose coordinated efforts ensured the project’s success and timely go-live.
