Ceigall India Limited, a rapidly expanding infrastructure EPC company, has been awarded a Letter of Award (LOA) by Madhya Pradesh UrjaVikas Nigam Limited (MPUVNL) for the development of grid-connected solar photovoltaic power projects with a combined capacity of 130 MW (AC). The projects will be executed under the Surya MitraKrishi Feeders Scheme – PM KUSUM-C across two districts in Madhya Pradesh.

The scope of work includes complete design, engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and long-term operation of the solar power plants. The contract carries an estimated EPC value of approximately ₹550 crore, inclusive of GST. Project execution is scheduled over a period of 18 months, followed by 25 years of operations, supported by a long-term Power Purchase Agreement commencing from the Scheduled Commercial Operation Date.

Commenting on the development, Ramneek Sehgal, Chairman and Managing Director of Ceigall India Limited, said the award marks an important step in the company’s renewable energy journey and aligns with the objectives of the PM KUSUM-C programme, which aims to accelerate clean energy adoption while strengthening India’s agricultural power infrastructure. He added that Ceigall remains committed to delivering the project with high standards of efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.

The LOA further strengthens Ceigall India’s presence in the solar EPC and renewable energy space and underscores its capability to deliver large-scale, long-duration infrastructure projects. The win also supports the company’s broader strategy of expanding its footprint in sustainable infrastructure and contributing to India’s transition toward a greener energy mix.
