Allcargo Terminals Limited (ATL) has announced its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, reporting strong year-on-year growth in revenue, EBITDA and volumes. The company’s performance was supported by improved yields and operational efficiencies across its Container Freight Station (CFS) and Inland Container Depot (ICD) operations.

Consolidated revenue for Q1 FY27 stood at ₹214 crore, representing a 14.5% increase from ₹187 crore in Q1 FY26. Revenue also grew 3.1% sequentially from ₹208 crore in Q4 FY26. EBITDA increased significantly to ₹47 crore, up 37.2% from ₹35 crore in the corresponding quarter last year and 7.8% from ₹44 crore in the preceding quarter. Profit before tax (PBT) stood at ₹14 crore, broadly unchanged year-on-year and up 35% sequentially from ₹10 crore in Q4 FY26.

The company handled 7% higher volumes year-on-year, demonstrating resilience despite the challenging operating environment and geopolitical uncertainties, including the ongoing impact of the Middle East conflict. Commenting on the results, Suresh Kumar R, Managing Director, Allcargo Terminals Limited, said, “We have delivered a resilient performance in Q1 FY27, with EBITDA rising 37.2% and revenue growing 14.5% year-on-year. Our focus on yield management and operational efficiency across our CFS and ICD operations has supported this performance. Despite the Middle East conflict, we achieved a healthy 7% growth in volumes.”

He added that ATL’s capacity expansion programme remains on schedule, with the Farukhnagar PFT-ICD project progressing as planned. Other expansion initiatives are also advancing in line with the company’s three-year growth strategy. “As India’s EXIM trade continues to gather pace, we remain focused on strengthening our infrastructure, enhancing customer confidence and contributing to the country’s evolving logistics ecosystem,” Mr Kumar said.

ATL operates a network of Container Freight Stations and Inland Container Depots at key locations including Nhava Sheva-JNPT, Mundra, Chennai and Kolkata. The company continues to invest in infrastructure and technology to improve efficiency and customer experience across its operations.

Its digital platform, myCFS, enables contactless CFS services and supports customers through a technology-enabled logistics experience. ATL also follows established safety, security and quality standards, including OHSAS, ISO and GSV standards aligned with C-TPAT requirements.

Allcargo Terminals Limited was demerged from Allcargo Logistics and became an independently listed entity in August 2023. The company specialises in CFS and ICD operations and operates across key Indian EXIM trade gateways. ATL is listed on the BSE Limited under Scrip Code 543954 and on the National Stock Exchange of India under the symbol ATL. The company is also exploring opportunities to expand its presence across terminals, multimodal logistics parks and other related infrastructure ventures as India’s trade and logistics ecosystem continues to evolve.
