Allcargo Terminals Limited has announced its financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, reporting strong profitability growth supported by higher container volumes, operational efficiency and strategic infrastructure expansion across key logistics hubs. The company reported a consolidated net profit of ₹44 crore for FY26, marking a robust 46 percent year-on-year increase compared to the previous financial year.
EBITDA for the year rose 26 percent to ₹162 crore, reflecting improved operational performance and efficient cost management. Annual throughput volumes also recorded healthy momentum, rising 7 percent year-on-year to 7.23 lakh TEUs, the highest annual volume achieved by the company to date.
Commenting on the performance, Suresh Kumar R, Managing Director of Allcargo Terminals Limited, said FY26 represented a year of strong execution and strategic progress aligned with the company’s long-term growth ambitions. He noted that India’s growing EXIM trade momentum and ATL’s focused expansion initiatives at key ports contributed significantly to the strong financial and operational performance during the year. According to him, the company’s continued focus on operational excellence and customer-centric services further strengthened market confidence and supported record cargo handling volumes.
During the financial year, the company enhanced capacity at one of its two facilities at Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust (JNPT) while also securing a ten-year extension for the second facility, reinforcing long-term operational stability at one of India’s most strategic container gateways. In another significant development, construction activity commenced during the fourth quarter for the company’s Private Freight Terminal-Inland Container Depot (PFT-ICD) project at Farukhnagar. The project is expected to enhance ATL’s inland logistics capabilities and strengthen multimodal cargo connectivity for customers across northern India.
Allcargo Terminals Limited, which was demerged from Allcargo Logistics Limited and listed independently on Indian stock exchanges in August 2023, operates one of the country’s widest Container Freight Station (CFS) networks. Its operations span key logistics hubs including Nhava Sheva JNPT, Mundra, Chennai and Kolkata. The company also continues to strengthen digital integration across operations through its proprietary myCFS platform, enabling contactless and technology-driven cargo handling services for customers.
ATL maintains globally recognized safety and compliance standards, including OHSAS, ISO and GSV certifications aligned with C-TPAT requirements. The company remains focused on expanding opportunities across container terminals, inland logistics infrastructure, multimodal logistics parks and related value-added services.
