Vertex Group, a global technology and business services enterprise, has inaugurated its new 5,000+ seater Experience Campus in Sector 32, Gurugram, strengthening its delivery capacity as demand from new and existing client mandates continues to grow. The new campus brings together large-scale operational infrastructure, flexible workspaces, meeting and training facilities, recreation and breakout areas, green spaces and extensive cafeteria facilities. Located approximately 30 minutes from Indira Gandhi International Airport and around 10 minutes from Millennium City Centre Metro Station, the facility is supported by employee shuttle services connecting key locations across Delhi NCR.

The campus was inaugurated by Gagan Arora, Founder & President, Vertex Group, in the presence of senior representatives from the Group’s partner consumer brands and its leadership team. The expansion follows the launch of Vertex Mega Hiring Month on August 15, 2026, through which the company set a target of adding 2,000 professionals across Gurugram, Noida and Bengaluru. Within weeks, Vertex Group has already added more than 1,200 professionals, including over 200 hires in a single two-day period, marking a company record. The hiring programme supports the Group’s plans to reach its next workforce milestone of 5,555 employees.

“Our operations are growing today because of real business requirements coming from both new and existing partners. As these mandates grow, we need to respond with the right people, infrastructure and delivery capacity, and to do that quickly. That is why we are expanding across multiple cities at the same time,” said Gagan Arora, Founder & President, Vertex Group.

He added, “In Gurugram, this new 5,000+ seater campus gives us significant capacity to support that demand, while in parallel we are adding space in Bengaluru, expanding our teams in Mumbai and building additional capacity in Noida. Our Mega Hiring Month is also a direct reflection of this momentum. We set out to add 2,000 professionals across key markets, and we have already added more than 1,200 within a short period, as we move towards our next workforce milestone of 5,555.”

Designed for high-volume, multi-team customer experience operations, the Gurugram campus provides infrastructure to onboard, train and deploy teams at scale. Operational floors, training and collaboration areas, leadership and support functions, employee amenities and technology infrastructure are integrated within the facility.

Technology is being embedded across the operating model, covering workforce planning, quality management, analytics, training, agent support and customer interaction workflows. The approach is aimed at enabling faster decision-making, improving service consistency, reducing manual dependencies and providing clients with greater visibility into programme performance.

Tanya Singh, Global VP – Marketing & Transformation, Vertex Group, said the campus is intended to evolve beyond an operations facility into an experience centre where clients and partners can see how technology, automation and responsible AI are being applied to customer experience delivery.

The company is simultaneously expanding its delivery network in Bengaluru, Noida and Mumbai. Additional capacity in these locations is expected to provide greater flexibility, access to wider talent pools and support the scaling of programmes according to client requirements. India will also continue to serve as a major delivery, technology and talent base as Vertex Group expands its international portfolio.
