UST, a leading provider of AI-driven technology transformation solutions, has been named one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies® 2026 by Ethisphere, reaffirming its commitment to ethical leadership, responsible governance and sustainable business practices. The company is one of only six software firms globally to receive the distinction this year and the only privately held software company included in the prestigious list.

The annual recognition by Ethisphere honors organizations that demonstrate exceptional standards of ethics, integrity and corporate governance while creating long-term value for employees, customers, investors and communities. The award recognizes companies that embed ethical decision-making across their operations and establish governance frameworks that support sustainable business growth.

UST’s inclusion highlights its continued focus on maintaining high standards of transparency, accountability and responsible business conduct. The company has integrated ethics into every aspect of its operations, from corporate governance and compliance to employee engagement, customer relationships and environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives.

Ethisphere evaluates organizations using its proprietary Ethics Quotient®, a comprehensive assessment framework that examines more than 240 data points covering areas such as ethics and compliance, governance, corporate culture, environmental and social impact, and leadership. The evaluation also includes detailed qualitative reviews conducted by an independent panel of experts. In 2026, a total of 138 organizations from 17 countries earned a place on the World’s Most Ethical Companies list.

Commenting on the recognition, Colleen Doherty, Chief People Officer at UST, said the award reflects the company’s people-first culture and unwavering commitment to responsible innovation. She noted that trust, transparency and accountability remain central to the organization’s approach as it helps clients leverage emerging technologies and artificial intelligence to achieve meaningful business outcomes while maintaining the highest ethical standards.

Ramanathan Raghunathan, Vice President and Global Head of Governance, Risk and Compliance at UST, said the recognition demonstrates the strength of the company’s governance framework and its commitment to embedding ethics into every business decision. He added that UST voluntarily benchmarks its governance practices against leading global public companies and continues to strengthen its compliance, risk management and corporate responsibility initiatives to support sustainable long-term growth.

Congratulating the company, Erica Salmon Byrne, Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Chair of Ethisphere, said the organizations recognized this year continue to set new benchmarks for ethical leadership by integrating integrity into their everyday operations and long-term business strategies. She noted that UST’s distinction as the only privately held software company on the 2026 list underscores its strong commitment to ethics, governance and compliance.
