Tezmaksan Robot Technologies, a leading European supplier of CNC automation solutions, has added a new system to its CubeBOX lineup: the CubeBOX Tower. This modular tool-handling platform is engineered to increase production output and support uninterrupted machining with minimal human involvement. Its compact, six-sided tower structure provides dense storage and swift part transitions, enabling manufacturers to coordinate several CNC machines at once while keeping operations running continuously.
Developed for demanding industrial environments, the CubeBOX Tower is suited for sectors that rely on dependable, 24/7 manufacturing—such as automotive, aerospace, energy equipment, defence production and precision medical parts. The vertical tower configuration occupies a small footprint while delivering robust machine-tending capabilities, and it can be set up to serve single or multiple CNC units concurrently.
The rotating, hexagonal tower automates part loading, pallet swaps and tool changes without manual input. Each side of the tower can host a different setup, allowing operators to stage multiple jobs in advance and move from one to the next immediately. This arrangement helps increase throughput while keeping output quality stable across long production runs.

A key advantage of the CubeBOX Tower is its ability to handle heavier components and larger tool assemblies compared to typical CNC tending systems. This makes it especially valuable for factories that process castings, structural elements or high-mass alloy parts.
The system’s rotating tower has been built for sustained, high-capacity use, supporting automated vice, pallet and part changes. Depending on the configuration, it can accommodate up to 48 pallets measuring 250 × 250 mm or 24 pallets measuring 600 × 600 mm, with each level supporting as much as 200 kg.
At the heart of the Tower is RoboCAM+, Tezmaksan’s in-house software that converts CAD drawings directly into robotic movements. The touch-based interface allows operators to set up tasks without complicated programming, helping reduce preparation time significantly.
The CubeBOX Tower joins Tezmaksan’s expanding automation family, which also includes systems such as CubeBOX Blues DR, CubeBOX RT and the Space Cabinet. “With its distinct tower architecture and advanced control software, the CubeBOX Tower reinforces our mission to provide practical, high-performance automation for manufacturers worldwide,” Mr Aydogdu added.
