Godrej Industries Group, together with The Global Centre for Healthy Workplaces (GCHW) and Arogya World, is set to host the Global Summit 2025 and the 14th Annual Healthy Workplace Conference on November 20–21, 2025 at Godrej One in Mumbai. Under the theme “Workplace Health 2030: Redefining the Future, From Wellness to Vitality”, the event will bring together global leaders, health advocates, and industry decision-makers to chart a new direction for workplace vitality.

With workplaces being reshaped by technological shifts, demographic changes, and evolving workforce expectations, employee well-being has moved to the forefront of business strategy. The summit will explore essential themes including holistic health as a core business strategy, mental health equality, AI-enabled predictive wellness, empathetic leadership, and ESG-driven health metrics—areas critical for building strong, future-ready organizations.

Ajay Bhatt, Group Head, Corporate Services at Godrej Industries Group, said, “At Godrej, employee well-being forms the backbone of sustainable business. As work cultures transform, health and empathy must be embedded into every layer of an organization. Through this summit, we hope to enable practical actions that help create resilient, high-performing teams and raise global standards for workplace health.”

Across two days, the summit will feature keynote sessions from Dr Rati Godrej on “Where Leadership, Technology & Empathy Meet,” and Banmali Agrawala, Chairman, Tata Advanced Systems, alongside insights from Sumit Mitra, CHRO, Godrej Industries. Global thought leader Hector Garcia, author of IKIGAI, will share perspectives on cultural practices that influence employee happiness and well-being.

Panels and discussions will include experts from the OECD (France), National University of Singapore, Bridge Health (India), Tata Power, Reliance Industries, Pfizer, DU (UAE), and Nuvoco Vistas Corp Ltd, focusing on the convergence of digital innovation, organizational culture, and leadership in advancing employee health. Topics such as the role of AI in well-being, leadership-driven mental health priorities, and ESG-linked wellness frameworks will feature inputs from global organizations including Petrobras, Allianz, Sanofi, Wipro, and Bayer. The program will also include interactive mindfulness workshops, case studies on personalized wellness initiatives, and dedicated networking sessions.

Barry Crisp, Marketing and Communications Director at GCHW, noted, “Workplace health has evolved into a business essential. The ‘Workplace Health 2030’ theme brings together global changemakers to push beyond traditional wellness and embed vitality, mental health parity, and measurable ESG-linked outcomes into organizational culture. Our partnership with Godrej Industries Group and Arogya World signals a strong commitment to the belief that ‘Good Health is Good Business.’”

Srabani Banerjee, Chief of Programs at Arogya World, added, “This year’s Global Summit will be a key platform for dialogue, collaboration, and breakthrough innovation. It brings together leaders who are redefining global health agendas. The event will also host the Global Healthy Workplace Awards, honouring organizations that have excelled in championing employee well-being, and will mark the launch of Arogya City Mumbai, a new initiative focused on community health. With over 40 speakers, representation from more than 10 countries, and participation from some of the world’s most forward-thinking employers, the summit is poised to be a defining moment in shaping the future of healthy workplaces worldwide.
