Planning is well underway for EuroBLECH 2026, with significant early interest following a successful 2024 edition. The 28th International Sheet Metal Working Technology Exhibition will take place from 20 to 23 October 2026 at the Hanover Exhibition Grounds, and is already seeing strong rebooking activity from exhibitors.
For the first time, a live rebooking system was introduced at EuroBLECH 2024, allowing companies to secure space on-site during the show. The response was immediate: a substantial portion of available exhibition space across the venue’s nine halls has already been reserved.
“The level of commitment we’ve seen from returning exhibitors is a clear sign of confidence in the event,” said Evelyn Warwick, Exhibition Director at EuroBLECH. “Despite wider economic pressures, the industry continues to invest in innovation—and EuroBLECH remains the key global platform to showcase that progress.”
The upcoming edition will run under the theme “For a Stronger Future – Smart & Sustainable Production,” reflecting the sector’s shift towards more efficient, digitalised, and environmentally responsible manufacturing. Key topics will include AI-driven processes, robotics, laser innovations, and circular manufacturing.
EuroBLECH 2024 closed on a strong note, reaffirming its position as the world’s leading trade fair for the sheet metal working industry. The event brought together 1,317 exhibitors and 38,946 visitors from 114 countries, spread across 160,000 square meters of exhibition space. With 81% of attendees involved in purchasing decisions and many actively seeking new suppliers, the show once again proved to be a powerful platform for business generation and global networking.
Building on this success, EuroBLECH 2026 will introduce several new features designed to strengthen collaboration, innovation, and market connections. The Innovation Zone will spotlight cutting-edge technologies, applied research, and future-ready manufacturing systems, while the new Job Shop & Subcontractors Market will create a dedicated space for fabrication services and subcontractors to engage with OEMs and buyers across industries.
For automotive industry stakeholders, specially curated Automotive Guided Tours will highlight solutions and technologies tailored for automotive production. These initiatives aim to streamline knowledge sharing and foster direct engagement between technology providers and decision-makers.
Returning favourites will also feature prominently, including the NextGen Technology Stage with expert-led sessions on automation, sustainability, digitalisation, and AI. The EuroBLECH Awards will continue to celebrate innovation in six categories, supported by award trails to help visitors explore key technologies. Careers Day will connect students and young professionals with employers, and the upgraded visitor app will make planning, navigation, and exhibitor interaction even smoother. Companies planning to participate in EuroBLECH 2026 can now explore stand options, including tailored packages such as the myEuroBLECH Easy Package for simplified participation and the First-Time Exhibitor Package for newcomers to the event.
EuroBLECH is the world’s leading exhibition for the sheet metal working industry. Organised by RX, the event brings together manufacturers, suppliers, and buyers from across the globe to share innovations, build partnerships, and explore future technologies.
