Senores Pharmaceuticals, Inc (SPI), a wholly owned subsidiary of Senores Pharmaceuticals Limited, has announced the execution of a strategic Operating Agreement on April 2, 2026, marking a major milestone in its international growth strategy. The agreement establishes a joint venture entity, Amerisyn, LLC, positioning the company to enter and expand within the U.S. government procurement market.
