ECD NY Inc has announced a major expansion of its equipment fleet with the purchase of multiple advanced machines from Liebherr at Conexpo 2026, North America’s largest construction trade show. The acquisition supports the company’s continued growth across its operational footprint in New York, New Jersey, Florida, and Connecticut.
As part of the agreement, ECD NY will take delivery of two Liebherr THS 110 D-K crawler concrete pumps and two THS 140 D-K crawler concrete pumps. The company has also procured a Liebherr HS 8200 duty cycle crawler crane, complemented by an LRH 600 lead system and a BAT 320.1 drill drive. Notably, this marks the second LRH 600 system added to ECD NY’s fleet, reinforcing its long-term investment in specialized deep foundation equipment.
ECD NY Inc is recognized as the largest foundation contractor in the New York City metropolitan area, delivering complex projects that require high levels of technical expertise and operational control. The company specializes in drilled piles, excavation support, foundation systems, and ground improvement solutions. The newly acquired equipment is designed to strengthen the company’s turnkey capabilities in deep foundation engineering. Liebherr’s crawler concrete pumps are engineered for flexibility and efficiency, particularly in demanding concrete pile applications. The HS 8200 crawler crane, positioned in the 200-ton class, offers enhanced lifting capacity, improved safety features, and advanced operator control systems, making it well-suited for heavy-duty foundation work.
Liebherr’s LRH 600 lead system and BAT 320.1 drill drive further expand ECD NY’s ability to execute complex piling and drilling operations with precision and reliability. Together, these technologies enable the company to handle large-scale infrastructure and construction projects with greater efficiency and performance.
