Enterprise aviation software provider Ramco Systems Corporation, USA (RSC), a subsidiary of Ramco Systems Limited, has announced that Sahar Group, an aerospace services company specializing in the UH-60 Black Hawk platform, has selected Ramco Aviation Software to support its operational expansion and digital transformation initiatives.
The implementation will provide Sahar Group with an integrated digital platform designed to manage complex aviation maintenance and operational processes as the company broadens its business scope. The selection also strengthens Ramco’s footprint within Miami’s aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) ecosystem.
Sahar Group is expanding its operations beyond its core maintenance capabilities into additional aviation segments, including Parts Manufacturer Approval (PMA), Supplemental Type Certificates (STC), and helicopter sales and leasing. As part of this strategy, the organization sought a unified technology platform capable of supporting growth while maintaining operational efficiency and compliance across multiple business areas.
Ramco Aviation Software will serve as the central system supporting these activities. The platform integrates a wide range of operational functions including maintenance planning, component repair management, supply chain operations, MRO services, parts sales, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and financial management. By consolidating these capabilities into a single system, Sahar Group expects to improve process coordination, increase data visibility, and strengthen operational oversight across its facilities.
The platform will also introduce several digital tools aimed at improving efficiency in day-to-day operations. These include Ramco Anywhere mobile applications for technicians and warehouse personnel, real-time operational dashboards, digital hubs for workflow management, and electronic sign-off capabilities. Together, these tools will support Sahar Group’s transition toward paperless operations while improving productivity across its maintenance and logistics teams.
Arnold Escobar, Chief Executive Officer of Sahar Group, said the company required a technology platform that could support long-term operational expansion while maintaining strict process control and regulatory compliance. He noted that Ramco Aviation Software’s strong presence in helicopter, defense, and component MRO operations made it well suited to meet the company’s requirements.
Manoj Kumar Singh, Chief Customer Officer – Aviation, Aerospace and Defense at Ramco Systems, said the selection reinforces the company’s capability to address the specialized needs of helicopter operators and defense-focused maintenance providers. According to Singh, Ramco’s aviation solutions combine domain expertise with advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence to enable more data-driven and predictive maintenance approaches.
Ramco Aviation Software is used by more than 24,000 users worldwide to manage over 4,000 aircraft across more than 90 aviation organizations, including airlines, third-party MRO providers, helicopter operators, defense organizations, and emerging urban air mobility companies.
Sahar Group provides depot-level maintenance services for the UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter platform and operates multiple facilities across Florida. The company supports both commercial and military operators throughout the United States, Latin America, and Europe.
Ramco Systems delivers enterprise software solutions across aviation, aerospace and defense, global payroll, and ERP. The company currently serves more than 800 customers worldwide with a user base exceeding two million.
