The recognition places the company among a select group of organizations worldwide acknowledged for strong environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance.
In its debut evaluation, Saatvik received a score of 69 out of 100, ranking in the 79th percentile globally. The assessment examined the company’s policies, operational practices, and disclosures across four key areas: Environment, Labor and Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement.
EcoVadis evaluates more than 130,000 companies globally using internationally accepted frameworks, including the UN Global Compact Principles, International Labour Organization conventions, Global Reporting Initiative standards, and ISO 26000 guidelines. The rating is widely regarded as a rigorous, evidence-based benchmark for corporate sustainability and continuous improvement.
Achieving this recognition in its first assessment cycle highlights the strength of Saatvik’s sustainability foundation and its proactive alignment with global ESG standards. The company has been actively implementing initiatives to reduce environmental impact, promote responsible sourcing, foster an inclusive workplace culture, and ensure ethical governance across its operations and value chain.
