Pearl Global Industries Limited (PGIL) (BSE: 532808 | NSE: PGIL), India’s largest listed garment exporter with manufacturing operations across South Asia, South-East Asia and Central America, has announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, reporting its strongest quarterly performance to date. The company recorded its highest-ever quarterly consolidated revenue of ₹1,528 crore, registering a 24.5% year-on-year growth driven by broad-based expansion across all manufacturing locations.
Adjusted EBITDA (excluding ESOP expenses) rose 44.1% year-on-year to ₹164 crore, while the EBITDA margin improved to a record 10.7%, an expansion of 140 basis points over the corresponding quarter last year. Profit After Tax (PAT) increased 51.4% to ₹99 crore, reflecting improved operating efficiencies, a favourable product mix and higher business volumes. On a standalone basis, revenue grew 27.4% year-on-year to ₹340 crore, with adjusted EBITDA of ₹22 crore and a PAT of ₹12 crore.
Operational performance remained equally robust during the quarter. Pearl Global shipped 20.8 million garments, the highest shipment volume recorded in the first quarter of any financial year, compared with 17.2 million pieces in Q1 FY26. The holding company also received approximately ₹5 crore as dividend from Pearl Global (HK) Limited, continuing its strategy of efficient capital allocation across group entities.
Commenting on the performance, Dr Deepak Kumar Seth, Chairman & Non-Executive Director, said the company had entered the new financial year with strong momentum despite an evolving global business environment. He noted that Pearl Global’s diversified manufacturing footprint, disciplined execution and long-standing customer relationships continue to support sustainable growth, while responsible business practices, strong governance and environmental stewardship remain central to the company’s long-term strategy.
Pulkit Seth, Vice-Chairman & Non-Executive Director, said the record quarterly performance reflects the strength of the company’s multi-country manufacturing platform and its ability to meet the sourcing requirements of leading global apparel brands. He added that supply-chain diversification, favourable trade agreements and continued investments in manufacturing capabilities position the company well to capitalise on future growth opportunities.
Pallab Banerjee, Managing Director, highlighted that revenue growth and improved profitability were supported by higher order volumes, manufacturing efficiencies and operating leverage. He added that new capacity expansion projects in Bangladesh and the company’s laundry operations are scheduled for commissioning in September, increasing the group’s annual installed manufacturing capacity by approximately 7 million pieces to nearly 108 million pieces. With healthy order visibility, stronger customer engagement and a diversified global manufacturing network, the company remains well positioned to sustain profitable growth despite ongoing geopolitical and market uncertainties.
Founded in 1987, Pearl Global Industries is among India’s largest listed garment exporters with manufacturing operations across India, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Guatemala. The company supplies fashion garments including knitwear, woven apparel, denim, outerwear, activewear, and athleisure products to leading global retailers and brands across the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom, Japan, Australia, and Canada.
