Patel Integrated Logistics Limited has announced its unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, reporting strong growth in revenue, profitability and sales volumes. The results were approved by the company’s Board of Directors at its meeting held today.
The company began FY27 on a positive note, with total income rising 45% year-on-year to Rs 113.47 crore, compared with Rs 77.98 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. The strong performance was supported by higher sales volumes, improved realizations and continued operational efficiency across its logistics network.
Profit Before Tax (PBT) increased by 35.36% to Rs 2.54 crore, up from Rs 1.64 crore in the same quarter last year. Profit After Tax (PAT) attributable to the owners of the company also grew by 34.92% to Rs 2.52 crore, compared with Rs 1.87 crore in the year-ago period. Earnings per share improved to Rs 0.36, compared with Rs 0.24 in the corresponding quarter of FY26.
Operational performance remained equally encouraging during the quarter. The company’s average sales realization per kilogram increased by 29% to Rs 74.04, while sales volumes rose 11% year-on-year to 14,826 tonnes, reflecting sustained demand and improved business momentum across key markets.
Commenting on the results, Mahesh Fogla, Whole-time Director and Chief Financial Officer, said the company had delivered healthy growth across all key performance indicators, including volumes, revenue and profitability. He noted that the improvement in financial performance reflects the company’s continued focus on operational efficiency and disciplined execution.
He added that the successful completion of the company’s equity share buyback demonstrates the Board’s confidence in Patel Integrated Logistics’ long-term growth potential and intrinsic value. The buyback also reflects a balanced approach to capital allocation while ensuring sufficient financial flexibility to support future expansion and business opportunities.
Looking ahead, the company plans to strengthen its market presence by expanding customer relationships, improving service capabilities and maintaining a strong focus on sustainable and profitable growth. Management also reaffirmed its commitment to financial discipline while responding to changing market dynamics and customer requirements.
