Unimech Aerospace & Manufacturing Limited (BSE: 544322 | NSE: UNIMECH), a global precision engineering company serving aerospace and other high-technology industries, has reported its highest-ever quarterly financial performance for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, driven by robust demand, operational efficiency and strategic business expansion.

The company reported revenue from operations of Rs 107.62 crore, registering a 71% year-on-year increase and a 32% sequential growth over the previous quarter. The strong performance was supported by a recovery in aerospace tooling demand and the consolidation of Hobel Bellows, which was acquired as part of the company’s expansion strategy.

Operating profitability also witnessed significant growth during the quarter. EBITDA, excluding other income, increased 98% year-on-year to Rs 39.25 crore, while rising 11% compared with the previous quarter. Strong operating leverage and improved business volumes helped maintain healthy margins. Profit after tax (PAT) stood at Rs 27.86 crore, recording a 46% increase over the same period last year and a 7% sequential rise, reflecting sustained profitability alongside higher revenues.

Commenting on the results, Anil Kumar Puttan, Chairman and Managing Director, said the company has entered FY27 with strong business momentum, supported by improving customer demand, disciplined execution and investments made over the past several quarters. He noted that the record quarterly revenue establishes a stronger operating base for continued growth during the rest of the financial year.

He highlighted that the successful integration of Hobel Bellows and growing engagements across the aerospace, semiconductor and energy sectors are strengthening the company’s long-term growth platform. A major achievement during the quarter was the signing of a long-term supply agreement with FACC Operations GmbH, Austria, secured through a global competitive sourcing process. The contract covers the supply of precision-engineered aerospace components and flying parts, marking an important step in expanding the company’s role within the aerospace manufacturing value chain.

The company also witnessed increasing demand for its Precision Components and Assemblies business, supported by long-term customer relationships and a growing project pipeline. Management said qualification-led growth remains a key strategic priority, with additional programs planned during FY27 across aerospace and other industrial sectors. These qualifications are expected to transition into serial production, improving capacity utilisation and generating recurring business in the coming years.

Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Bengaluru, Unimech Aerospace & Manufacturing Limited is an integrated precision engineering company serving aerospace, defence, energy, oil and gas, semiconductor and industrial customers worldwide. The company operates more than 270,000 square feet of manufacturing space across three facilities equipped with advanced CNC machining, fabrication, welding, assembly, testing and validation capabilities.

As part of its expansion strategy, Unimech has strengthened its capabilities through the acquisition of Hobel Bellows and the formation of Kanoo Unimech Advanced Manufacturing Solutions LLC in Saudi Arabia. Supported by a healthy order pipeline, expanding customer relationships and continued investments in advanced manufacturing, the company remains well positioned to deliver sustained growth and create long-term value in the global precision engineering market.
