Nobel Hygiene Limited, one of India’s leading home-grown branded manufacturers of absorbent hygiene products, has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for its proposed initial public offering. The IPO will comprise a fresh issue of equity shares worth up to ₹150 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 15,511,082 equity shares by existing shareholders. The proposed issue will provide the company with funds to strengthen its manufacturing capabilities, reduce debt and support future growth.
Nobel Hygiene plans to use the proceeds from the fresh issue for repayment of debt, expansion of its manufacturing capacity at Halol and investment in its subsidiary, NHBPL. The Halol expansion will include a brownfield manufacturing and warehousing facility as well as a new adult diaper machine line. Part of the proceeds will also be used for general corporate purposes.
The company has built its business over more than two decades and has a presence across adult, baby and feminine absorbent hygiene categories. Its portfolio includes brands such as Friends, B-Fit, Teddyy, Snuggy and RIO. Together, these brands offer more than 1,158 SKUs catering to different consumer requirements.
Nobel Hygiene has established a presence in the branded absorbent hygiene segment by focusing on products across different stages of life. Its portfolio covers adult incontinence products, baby diapers and feminine hygiene products. The company reported continued growth in FY2026. Revenue from operations increased 14.56% to ₹846.75 crore during the financial year. EBITDA rose to ₹84.76 crore, reflecting the company’s focus on expanding its business while improving operating performance.
The company expects the Indian adult absorbent hygiene market to remain a major growth opportunity. The segment is projected to expand at a compound annual growth rate of 21% to 23% through FY2031. Growth is expected to be supported by increasing awareness, wider product availability and the addition of new users.
The planned investment in manufacturing and warehousing capacity is expected to help Nobel Hygiene respond to rising demand and strengthen its supply capabilities. The proposed adult diaper machine line will also support the company’s presence in the growing adult hygiene segment. The IPO represents another step in Nobel Hygiene’s expansion strategy as it seeks to build manufacturing capacity, strengthen its balance sheet and broaden its reach across India’s absorbent hygiene market.
