Quarterly EBITDA stood at Rs. 203 crore with an EBITDA margin of 11.9 percent, reflecting a 37 basis point improvement over the previous year. Reported profit after tax for the quarter reached Rs 124 crore.

The company attributed the strong performance to its diversified product portfolio, expanding customer base and continued focus on premiumisation across automotive technologies. Growth was particularly supported by demand in the two-wheeler and commercial vehicle segments.

During FY26, Minda Corporation strengthened its global technology and innovation roadmap through two strategic international partnerships. Commenting on the results, Ashok Minda, Chairman and Group CEO of Minda Corporation, said FY26 reflected a year of consistent execution and operational progress despite a dynamic market environment. He stated that policy measures including GST rationalisation and Make in India initiatives contributed positively to affordability and manufacturing competitiveness. He added that the company continues to focus on investments in research and development, operational efficiency and technology partnerships to strengthen long-term growth and customer relationships.
