L&T Technology Services (LTTS) has launched LTTS FARM, a new startup engagement platform aimed at helping deep-tech companies move from technology development to commercial applications. The programme will connect eligible startups with LTTS engineering expertise, customer networks, technical specialists and market opportunities. It is designed for startups with Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 4 and above, which have demonstrated technical feasibility and are ready to explore industry adoption.

LTTS FARM follows the approach of “Collaboration First, Commercialization Next” and will focus on technologies that support the company’s key technology areas. These include Software Defined Mobility, Plant Buildout and Modernization, Energy and Industrial Automation, Digital Manufacturing, Next Generation Compute and Data Centers, Software Platforms and Engineering Intelligence, and MedTech.

The programme will provide startups with a structured path covering evaluation, onboarding, co-innovation, pilot development and potential commercialisation. Selected technologies may be taken through proof-of-concept projects, pilot programmes and customer demonstrations before being considered for wider industry deployment.

Amit Chadha, CEO and Managing Director, L&T Technology Services and Member of the NASSCOM Executive Council, said many startups with promising technologies face challenges in accessing customers, industry expertise and commercial opportunities. He said LTTS FARM is intended to give startups an opportunity to work with LTTS experts, understand global customer requirements, test their solutions in real-world situations and move faster towards market adoption. The programme will also help LTTS expand its Engineering Intelligence ecosystem by bringing startups, engineering professionals and industry stakeholders together to address business and technology challenges.

LTTS said startups participating in the initiative will benefit from its engineering capabilities and understanding of multiple industries. The company plans to identify solutions that can address specific industry requirements and support their development through collaboration and pilot projects.

The platform will focus on technologies that have moved beyond the early research stage and are ready for testing in practical industrial environments. This is expected to provide startups with opportunities to validate their solutions while giving businesses access to emerging technologies.

LTTS is a listed subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro and provides engineering, research and development services across product design, development, testing and sustenance. Its operations cover the Mobility, Sustainability and Technology segments. As of June 30, 2026, LTTS had more than 23,840 employees, with operations supported by 21 global design centres, 30 global sales offices and 103 innovation labs. Its customer base includes 69 Fortune 500 companies and 57 leading engineering research and development companies across industrial products, medical devices, transportation, telecom and high technology, and process industries.

With LTTS FARM, the company aims to create a direct link between emerging deep-tech solutions and industry requirements. The platform will provide startups with technical support, mentorship, pilot opportunities and potential access to customers, helping promising technologies progress from validated concepts to commercial products and services.
