L&T Technology Services (LTTS) has launched AgenticIQ™, an end-to-end Agentic AI platform designed for engineering, manufacturing and customer experience applications. The platform is aimed at helping enterprises move AI projects beyond pilot programmes and deploy autonomous workflows across business operations.

AgenticIQ™ enables multiple AI agents to work together across engineering, product development, manufacturing, industrial operations and customer experience. The platform is designed to support organisations looking to adopt AI at scale while maintaining control over data, intellectual property, security and regulatory requirements.

Many enterprises continue to face challenges in moving AI projects from proof-of-concept stages into production. Complex engineering systems, manual processes and regulatory requirements can make it difficult to deploy autonomous AI across critical operations. LTTS said AgenticIQ™ addresses these challenges through a planning-first architecture that integrates AI agents into existing engineering and production workflows.

The platform converts LTTS’ existing Engineering Intelligence capabilities into specialised and reusable AI agents. These agents can be deployed within enterprise-defined governance and security frameworks, helping organisations protect sensitive engineering information and proprietary knowledge.

AgenticIQ™ is designed for engineering and research-intensive industries, including automotive, industrial manufacturing, medical devices and healthcare, semiconductors, plant engineering and high technology. Its cloud-agnostic architecture allows enterprises to develop applications once and deploy them across cloud and on-premises environments.

The platform is also intended to support the development of LTTS’ next generation of Engineering Intelligence solutions. By combining AI agents with engineering expertise and established workflows, LTTS aims to enable faster development and deployment of AI-based applications across industrial environments.

Amit Chadha, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, L&T Technology Services, said the next phase of Engineering Intelligence would depend on the ability of autonomous AI agents to work together on complex challenges across engineering, manufacturing and customer operations.

He said LTTS has developed AI-powered engineering solutions for industry-specific requirements over the years and that AgenticIQ™ brings these capabilities together on a single platform. The platform is designed to help enterprises build, coordinate and deploy AI agents for different business applications.
