Kamdhenu Jeevandhara Foundation celebrated India’s 80th Independence Day at its Skill Development Centre in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, with students, faculty and staff coming together for a programme focused on patriotism, national pride and community development. The celebrations began with the hoisting of the National Flag, followed by the National Anthem. The event brought together Satish Kumar Agarwal, Chairman and Managing Director, Kamdhenu Group; Radha Agarwal, Chairperson, Kamdhenu Jeevandhara Foundation; faculty members, staff and 140 students currently enrolled at the Skill Development Centre.
The programme included group singing and special dance performances by the students. The activities provided an opportunity for the participants to celebrate the significance of Independence Day while highlighting the role of young people in the country’s future development.
Speaking on the occasion, Radha Agarwal, Chairperson, Kamdhenu Jeevandhara Foundation, said Independence Day serves as a reminder of the sacrifices made by earlier generations for the country. She added that citizens have a responsibility to contribute to society and support the development of their communities.
The Foundation said its skill development initiatives are aimed at helping young people gain practical knowledge and improve their employment opportunities. Through such programmes, the organisation seeks to support individuals in building sustainable careers while contributing to the development of local communities.
The Independence Day programme concluded with participants joining together in a strong expression of national pride. The celebrations also provided students with an opportunity to showcase their talents and participate in a community event.
