Infosys has entered into a strategic collaboration with IHH Healthcare, one of the world’s largest private healthcare providers, to undertake a comprehensive enterprise resource planning (ERP) transformation program aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, strengthening governance and supporting long-term growth across its international network. The multi-year initiative will establish a unified digital foundation across IHH Healthcare’s operations, beginning with Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore. The transformation is designed to standardize business processes, improve operational visibility and enable more agile decision-making across the organization’s healthcare ecosystem.

As healthcare providers navigate increasingly complex operating environments, the ability to integrate data, streamline workflows and enhance organizational responsiveness has become a critical priority. Through this collaboration, Infosys will help modernize IHH’s existing ERP environment by consolidating multiple legacy systems into a centralized, cloud-based platform that supports enterprise-wide collaboration and real-time insights.

The program will integrate key business functions including finance, procurement, supply chain management, human resources and enterprise performance management. By creating a unified operating framework, IHH aims to improve efficiency, reduce complexity and strengthen compliance across its geographically diverse operations.

A central element of the initiative is the deployment of Infosys Topaz, the company’s artificial intelligence-powered platform that combines generative and agentic AI technologies. The platform will embed intelligent capabilities across core business workflows, helping automate processes, improve forecasting and support faster, data-driven decisions.

Enhanced access to real-time information is expected to strengthen IHH’s ability to manage resources effectively while improving operational consistency across hospitals, healthcare facilities and support functions. The transformation also supports the organization’s broader objective of creating a connected and future-ready healthcare network capable of adapting to evolving patient and business needs.

Dilip Kadambi, Group Chief Financial Officer of IHH Healthcare, said the initiative will help the organization improve cost efficiency while enabling healthcare professionals to focus more closely on patient care. He noted that the program supports the company’s commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare while building a sustainable platform for future growth.

Venky Ananth, Executive Vice President and Global Head of Healthcare at Infosys, highlighted the importance of combining artificial intelligence, cloud technologies and industry expertise to create measurable business value. He stated that the partnership demonstrates how large-scale AI-enabled transformation can help organizations simplify operations and accelerate enterprise-wide modernization.
