Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited (NSE: CLEANMAX | BSE: 544717), India’s largest pure-play renewable energy company serving the commercial and industrial (C&I) sector, has achieved its highest-ever quarterly commissioning by adding approximately 530 MW of renewable energy capacity during the first quarter of FY27. The milestone has expanded the company’s operational renewable energy portfolio from around 3.6 GW as of March 2026 to approximately 4.2 GW as of June 30, 2026.
The record commissioning underscores the accelerating adoption of renewable energy by India’s commercial and industrial sector while highlighting CleanMax’s capability to execute large-scale projects across multiple geographies. The company commissioned projects across 11 sites in five states during the quarter, demonstrating its ability to deliver complex renewable energy infrastructure within planned timelines.
The renewable energy power sales business accounted for the majority of the capacity addition, with 403 MW commissioned during the quarter, taking the operational portfolio under this segment to nearly 3.5 GW. The additions included approximately 350 MWp of solar capacity and 53 MW of wind capacity through projects owned or co-owned by CleanMax, including group captive projects supported by long-term power purchase and energy service agreements.
The company’s renewable energy services business added 126 MWp of solar capacity through engineering, procurement, construction and operations and maintenance projects for commercial and industrial customers, taking the segment’s operational portfolio to about 0.7 GW.The largest capacity additions were delivered in Gujarat with nearly 170 MW, followed by Karnataka with around 160 MW and Maharashtra with approximately 110 MW, along with new capacity commissioned in Haryana and Chhattisgarh.

The company also secured new mandates from leading technology, data centre and industrial enterprises, including Meta, Apple, STT GDC India, Iron Mountain Data Centers, Princeton Digital Group, CEAT and Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals Limited (GACL), reflecting rising demand for renewable energy solutions across energy-intensive sectors.
