Cityflo, a leader in urban transportation in India, has teamed up with abcoffee, the country’s premier Grab-and-Go coffee brand, to offer a groundbreaking new service. This pilot project brings the café experience directly to Cityflo passengers, allowing them to pre-order coffee and other beverages while waiting for the bus or during their ride, with drinks delivered directly to their seats. The collaboration aims to make daily commutes more enjoyable and convenient for urban travelers.
The initiative, currently available on select routes, addresses a common challenge faced by commuters—long, exhausting journeys that often start or end in a rush. By integrating food and beverage services into their existing mobility platform, Cityflo and abcoffee are transforming the daily transit experience.

Through this collaboration, abcoffee will handle the entire beverage process—from order placement to seat-side delivery. Passengers can use the Cityflo app to select from abcoffee’s specially curated menu and receive their drinks without delays, long queues, or detours.

The pilot program will run for one month, with plans to expand to more routes in Mumbai and introduce additional menu options in future phases.
