Biesse India, the largest arm of the global Biesse Group, is preparing to host its premier technology showcase, Inside 2025, from July 10 to 12 at its expanded showroom facility in Nelamangala, Bengaluru. The three-day event will bring together professionals from across the manufacturing sector to explore the latest advancements in machinery and automation for wood, glass, stone, and composite material processing. Visitors will have the chance to see newly upgraded equipment in action, designed to improve output, quality, and production efficiency.
A major highlight will be the introduction of a new glass sheet handling system, integrated with Biesse’s widely used glass cutting tables, which are manufactured in India. The expanded showroom is designed as a dynamic, interactive space where visitors can engage directly with Biesse’s latest innovations. Live demonstrations and practical sessions will showcase how digital technologies and smart automation are reshaping modern manufacturing. This immersive setup allows industry professionals to experience firsthand how these tools can streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance productivity on the shop floor.
Central to the display will be Biesse’s cutting-edge digital solutions. The SOPHIA IoT platform enables real-time machine monitoring and predictive maintenance, helping businesses reduce downtime and optimize performance. Complementing it is the Easy Maintain app, which offers an intuitive interface for accessing machine data, operational insights, and maintenance instructions—all designed to make daily operations smoother and more efficient.
“We’re thrilled to open our doors for Inside 2025 and connect with our customers and industry peers,” said Sayeed Ahmed, CEO of Biesse India. “This event is an opportunity to experience the scale of innovation we’ve achieved and how it can support manufacturers aiming for growth. With over 80% of our output exported to 75+ countries, Biesse India has grown into a key manufacturing hub for the Group—rooted in Indian talent and global standards.”
Inside 2025 will also provide a platform for dialogue with Biesse’s technology partners, who will be on hand to showcase industry-specific solutions tailored to different business needs. As part of the experience, guests will be invited to tour Biesse’s advanced manufacturing campus in Makali, where they can see the company’s precision production methods and commitment to international quality benchmarks.
