Anupam Rasayan India Limited has signed a long-term supply contract with a global specialty metal manufacturer headquartered in the United States. The agreement marks the company’s entry into a new segment and is expected to create a business relationship spanning six years.
Under the contract, Anupam Rasayan will supply a specialty chemical product to support the customer’s global operations. Dispatches under the agreement are expected to begin in the latter half of the third quarter of 2027. The new contract is an important step for Anupam Rasayan as it looks to expand into new business areas and diversify its customer base. The partnership will also strengthen the company’s presence in the geological resource sector.

With supplies planned over a six-year period, the company sees the agreement as the beginning of a long-term relationship.

Anupam Rasayan India Limited is one of India’s leading companies engaged in custom synthesis and specialty chemical manufacturing. Incorporated in 1984, the company serves customers across domestic and international markets. Its business is divided into two main verticals. The Life Science related Specialty Chemicals business includes products used in agrochemicals, personal care and pharmaceuticals. The Performance Materials business covers electronics and electric vehicle chemicals as well as polymers.
The company currently manufactures products for more than 200 domestic and international customers. It has developed capabilities in multistep synthesis and complex chemical reaction technologies for a wide range of applications. As of March 31, 2026, Anupam Rasayan operated eight manufacturing facilities with a combined installed capacity of more than 200,000 metric tonnes. Six of its facilities are located in Gujarat, one is in Tamil Nadu and one is in the United States.
The latest supply agreement adds another global customer relationship to Anupam Rasayan’s portfolio and supports its strategy of expanding into new markets and chemical segments. With the six-year contract scheduled to begin dispatches in 2027, the company expects the partnership to support its long-term growth plans and strengthen its position as a supplier of specialty and custom synthesis chemicals to global industries.
