Allcargo Logistics Limited announced its consolidated financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, reporting a stable operational performance supported by stronger profitability, improved efficiencies, and the successful integration of its domestic logistics businesses. The company completed the merger of its Express Distribution and Contract Logistics businesses during the year, enabling it to operate under a more unified domestic logistics structure.

The integration marks a significant milestone in the company’s transformation journey as it focuses on creating a leaner, technology-driven and customer-centric logistics platform capable of delivering scalable growth across India’s rapidly evolving supply chain ecosystem. During Q4 FY26, the company concentrated on operational efficiency initiatives, tighter pricing discipline, and enhancing service standards across its logistics network. These efforts translated into improved profitability despite a stable revenue environment.

For the quarter, the company recorded a 41 per cent year-on-year growth in EBITDA, while Profit Before Tax before exceptional items surged 205.4 per cent compared to the same period last year. Revenue remained stable, supported by improved network utilization and stronger operational execution.

The Express Distribution business delivered stable year-on-year revenue growth during the quarter, driven by customer additions, better service quality, and optimized network operations. The Contract Logistics segment also maintained stable revenue growth, aided by resilient client relationships and gradual demand recovery across sectors.

Speaking on the performance, Ketan Kulkarni, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Allcargo Logistics Limited, said the company has successfully entered a new phase of integrated operations and is now focused on building a stronger and future-ready logistics platform. He noted that FY26 was a defining year for the company as it brought together its domestic logistics operations under one structure while simultaneously strengthening process alignment, cost management, and service delivery capabilities. According to him, technology continues to play a critical role in driving this transformation through improvements in shipment visibility, warehouse management, network planning, and customer interfaces.

He further stated that these investments are enabling the company to improve agility, strengthen execution capabilities, and create greater value for customers across industries. Going forward, the company intends to scale sustainably through stronger customer partnerships and deeper market penetration.

For the full financial year FY26, Allcargo Logistics reported a 5 per cent increase in revenue, while EBITDA rose 16.5 per cent year-on-year. Profit Before Tax increased 95.9 per cent, reflecting the benefits of post-merger integration, operational improvements, and disciplined execution.

Looking ahead to FY27, the company expects both Express Distribution and Contract Logistics businesses to enter a stronger growth cycle. The company plans to focus on expanding its logistics network, driving customer acquisition through superior service delivery, and increasing regional penetration in the express logistics segment.

In Contract Logistics, the focus will remain on improving warehousing productivity, strengthening retail logistics capabilities, and expanding strategic customer accounts. With infrastructure, customer readiness, and operational systems already in place, the company believes it is well-positioned to drive profitable growth and improved operating leverage across the domestic logistics value chain.

Following the NCLT-approved restructuring, Allcargo Logistics Limited now operates its domestic supply chain business comprising Express Distribution and Contract Logistics, while its International Supply Chain business has been demerged under the composite scheme of arrangement. The company continues to strengthen its nationwide logistics network, covering nearly 99 per cent of India’s districts, while also expanding its footprint across Asia.

Its service portfolio includes Express Distribution, Air Freight, E-commerce Logistics, First and Last Mile Delivery, along with specialized offerings such as Laabh, Bike Express, and Student Express designed for evolving customer requirements. Allcargo Logistics also reaffirmed its commitment toward Environmental, Social and Governance goals and its long-term objective of achieving 100 per cent carbon neutrality by 2040.
