Aimtron Electronics Limited, a rapidly expanding player in India’s electronics design and manufacturing sector, has announced its audited consolidated financial results for the half-year and full year ended March 31, 2026. The company posted a significant rise in revenue and profitability, supported by strong execution across its core business segments and growing demand for high-value manufacturing solutions.
During the second half of FY26, the company recorded consolidated revenue from operations of ₹1,786 million, along with EBITDA of ₹369 million and profit after tax of ₹257 million. Revenue for the period rose 45.7% compared to the first half of the fiscal year, reflecting improved delivery momentum and steady order fulfilment.
For the full financial year, Aimtron reported consolidated revenue of ₹3,012 million, marking an increase of 89.2% over ₹1,592 million reported in FY25. Profit after tax rose to ₹460 million, up 79.4% from ₹256 million in the previous year. The performance was supported by efficient execution of a strong order book, a favourable product mix, and rising contribution from design-oriented manufacturing programs. These included ODM and box-build solutions catering to sectors such as network security, green energy, industrial systems, IoT, and artificial intelligence.
The company reported an EBITDA margin of 22.6% for FY26. A slight moderation in margins was attributed to investments in newly set up international and manufacturing subsidiaries. The profit after tax margin stood at 15.3%, impacted by higher tax outgo and consolidation-related adjustments.
Commenting on the results, Chairman Mukesh Jeram Vasani said the year marked a significant milestone in the company’s growth path, with revenue nearly doubling and customer engagement strengthening across markets. He highlighted that the company’s emphasis on design-led and reliability-focused manufacturing is enabling expansion into new segments and geographies.
Looking ahead, Aimtron remains optimistic about sustaining its growth trajectory. The company is supported by a strong pipeline of business opportunities, expanding global presence, and increasing demand for integrated electronics manufacturing and design services.
