Admach Systems Limited, a technology-driven engineering solutions company specialising in automation systems and non-destructive testing solutions, announced strong financial results for FY26 with significant growth in revenue, profitability and operational performance. The company reported a 29 percent year-on-year increase in revenue and EBITDA during FY26, while profit after tax rose 59 percent compared to the previous financial year. The performance was driven by strong execution across core industrial engineering segments, growing customer demand and continued expansion in specialised sectors including defence, nuclear energy and advanced manufacturing.
For FY26, Admach Systems reported revenue of ₹6,890.99 lakh, EBITDA of ₹1,369.35 lakh and profit after tax of ₹1,001.28 lakh. Commenting on the performance, Ajay Chamanlal Longani, Managing Director and Chairman of Admach Systems, described FY26 as a milestone year for the company. He said the strong growth reflected the company’s engineering expertise, project execution capabilities and long-standing customer relationships across strategic industrial sectors.
He further highlighted the successful completion of the company’s initial public offering during the year, through which Admach Systems raised ₹42.60 crore before listing on the stock exchange on December 31, 2025. According to the company, the IPO marked an important step in strengthening its long-term growth strategy and expanding operational capabilities.
Admach Systems also reported a healthy order book of approximately ₹65 crore, supported by increasing opportunities in import substitution projects within the nuclear, defence and steel industries. The company stated that demand for indigenous engineering solutions continues to rise as Indian industries focus on localisation, technology upgrades and advanced automation capabilities.
