Real-time quality monitoring took centre stage as Zentron Labs presented its inline inspection systems at IMTEX FORMING 2026. Located at Hall 3A, Booth A129 in the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre from 21 to 25 January, the company demonstrated machine vision technology that blends optical gauging with high-speed measurement for production lines.

The company combines expertise in industrial cameras, computer vision algorithms, and production automation to deliver inspection systems for manufacturing, agriculture, and e-commerce sectors. Its solutions aim to provide 24-hour quality control capabilities through automated visual inspection coupled with data analytics.

Visitors to the Zentron Labs booth at IMTEX 2026 witnessed showcase of Zentron Labs’ GTron, an inline inspection system that addresses quality inspection requirements in terminal production.

GTron provides real-time vision inspection specifically for metal forming processes, monitoring production directly on the line. The system combines optical gauging with high-speed measurement to deliver micron-level accuracy without interrupting workflow speeds.

Industry professionals and visitors observed live demonstrations of GTron analysing formed parts as they move through active manufacturing sequences. The technology identifies surface scratches, dents, and dimensional inconsistencies immediately, helping fabricators maintain part consistency before assembly stages.

GTron supports various terminal configurations through adjustable camera setups and measurement parameters that accommodate different part geometries without extensive reconfiguration. The technical staff at the booth detailed its seamless embedding into stamping and forming operations commonly found in automotive and industrial component production.

Suresh Srinivasan, Chief Marketing Officer at Zentron Labs, emphasised on GTron’s design for high-volume environments. “The system supports smooth integration within forming and stamping lines while preserving production rates,” he notes. “This capability addresses practical needs for error reduction and operational reliability across diverse factory setups,” he added further.

In addition, Zentron’s flagship 3D gauging machine iMM system grabbed attention of manufacturers who visited the company’s booth with its robust, compact design and robotic intergration.

Zentron Labs’ participation at IMTEX FORMING 2026 provided visitors with direct observation of inspection functioning within production contexts. The exhibition marked healthy discussions around increased adoption of factory automation and more precise machine vision and inspection solutions aligned to niche sectors. The demonstrations presented how machine vision technology operates at the speeds precision stamping requires, addressing the challenge of complete quality verification without compromising throughput rates that determine commercial viability in high-volume manufacturing.
