At IMTEX Forming 2026, Zentron Labs will present its comprehensive portfolio of advanced machine vision-based inspection and automation solutions, designed for high-precision and high-throughput manufacturing environments. Key solutions on display will include the iMM (Instant Measurement Machine), a one-touch inspection system that enables fast and accurate dimensional verification. GTron, an inline computer vision inspection system, will also be on display. It is a system that supports real-time quality monitoring directly on production lines.
Zentron Labs will also present ITurn, a specialized vision-based inspection solution developed specifically for turned and cylindrical components. Visitors can also explore robotic-integrated inspection solutions, where machine vision systems are seamlessly combined with robots to enable fully automated inspection and manufacturing workflows.
A major highlight at the stall will be ZenHuras – an all-in-one stamping line solution. It covers decoilers, straighteners, lubricators, servo presses, laser welding and cutting units, and winding systems. By providing a unified and optimized stamping production line, Zentron Labs enables manufacturers to improve throughput, ensure consistent quality, reduce manual intervention, and enhance overall equipment effectiveness.
