IBK Engineers Private Limited is based in Bengaluru and will participate in Moldex 2026 to showcase its automation and pneumatic solutions for the moulding and manufacturing industry. This will be the company’s first time participating in Moldex as an independent exhibitor, making the event a significant opportunity to connect directly with end users and machine builders.
At the exhibition, IBK Engineers will display a range of products used in moulding and automation. These include mould cooling systems, pneumatic pipes and fittings, and high-temperature pipes and fittings for moulding applications. The company will also showcase automation products, including vacuum cups, vacuum generators, and other pneumatic components commonly used in industrial automation.
A key highlight of the stall will be live product demonstrations. Visitors will be able to see and experience the products firsthand, allowing them better to understand performance, quality, and application suitability. The company will also demonstrate an automatic robot loading and unloading system using a small and compact robot, offering visitors insight into how automation can improve efficiency and consistency in moulding and manufacturing processes.
Interacting with Machine Maker about their participation, Raju K N, Managing Director of IBK Engineers said, “We want to reach maximum customers who are already using these products but may not be aware that we are supplying them. Through this exhibition, we want customers to understand our offerings and approach us with their challenges so that we can provide solutions.”
The expectations from Moldex 2026 are strongly business-oriented but practical. IBK Engineers is looking to connect with machine builders, mould manufacturers, automation companies, and industries such as packaging, medical equipment, and robotics. Rather than focusing only on sales, the company aims to build long-term relationships by positioning itself as a solution provider that understands real-world industrial problems and offers reliable support.
The decision to participate in Moldex was carefully evaluated. The company identified Moldex as a focused platform with better opportunities for meaningful customer interaction. As a member of the PNA association, IBK Engineers received strong recommendations to participate, particularly due to the availability of well-located stalls and the quality of visitor profiles. According to the company, the support from the exhibition organisers and the strategic stall location further strengthened their confidence in choosing Moldex as the right platform.
IBK Engineers has previously been part of other exhibitions through different product representations and has also participated in well-established shows like IMTEX. Reflecting on this experience, Mr Raju said, “IMTEX is one of the best platforms where, in five to seven days, we get to meet customers from many different segments. It gives good exposure and helps showcase products to a wide Indian audience.”
Drawing from years of experience in pneumatics and automation, the company has also observed a clear shift in customer expectations. Indian manufacturers are increasingly adopting international quality standards as exports grow and competition intensifies. Customers today are more quality-conscious, focusing not just on functionality but also on finish, appearance, packaging, and overall reliability.
“Earlier, most customers focused mainly on domestic requirements,” Mr Raju explained. “Now even small manufacturers are getting international orders. So quality, consistency, and compliance with global standards have become very important.”
This shift has also accelerated the adoption of automation and smart manufacturing practices. Manual processes are steadily being replaced by automated systems, especially in molding environments where robotics, cooling systems, and pneumatic components play a critical role in improving productivity and maintaining quality.
As IBK Engineers prepares for Moldex 2026, the company views the exhibition as an opportunity to showcase not just products, but its approach to solving industry challenges. With live demonstrations, hands-on interaction, and a clear focus on customer needs, the company aims to make its debut at Moldex both impactful and meaningful.
