MacPro Technologies, a Bengaluru-based manufacturing company that works in precision tooling and component manufacturing, will be participating in Moldex 2026 for the second time. With over 15 years of industry experience, the company continues to focus on delivering high-quality injection-molded and stamped components for demanding industrial applications. Moldex 2026 provides MacPro with an important platform to connect with customers seeking reliable Indian manufacturing partners.
Founded in 2010 by Mr Sreejesh and Mr Padmanabhan, MacPro Technologies was established after the founders gained nearly a decade of experience working with global organizations such as Tyco and Molex. The company began operations with just two machines and has steadily grown into a well- equipped manufacturing unit with 30–32 machines, serving customers across automotive, medical, and electrical sectors.
Reflecting on the company’s journey, Mr Sreejesh, Managing Director, MacPro Technologies, said, “We started MacPro with a small setup but with strong technical experience. Over the years, we have continuously invested in people, processes, and technology to support complex and precision-driven requirements.”
MacPro made its exhibition debut at Moldex last year, which also marked the company’s first experience participating in a large-scale industry exhibition. The exposure played a key role in introducing MacPro to customers who were previously unaware of its capabilities, particularly large enterprises looking for dependable domestic suppliers.
Speaking about the decision to return to Moldex, Anand Varun, Manager – Business Development, MacPro Technologies, said, “Our first participation helped us reach quality customers and build meaningful conversations. Moldex gave us visibility among companies that require the exact competencies we offer, which motivated us to participate again.”
At Moldex 2026, MacPro Technologies plans to showcase a diverse range of automotive and non- automotive components, highlighting its core strengths in plastic injection molding and metal stamping. The company will present samples manufactured using advanced processes such as 2K injection molding, insert molding, and multi-cavity injection molding, all of which are critical for applications requiring functional accuracy and consistent quality.
Sharing expectations from this year’s edition, Mr Sreejesh added, Our objective is to connect with customers whose requirements align with our strengths, especially in 2K injection molding. We believe in building long-term partnerships rather than focusing only on volumes.”
The leadership also discussed broader trends shaping the Indian molding and tooling industry. Global geopolitical developments and supply chain disruptions have led many international companies to explore India as an alternative manufacturing base. While India has strong capabilities in general plastics manufacturing, there is still a limited number of suppliers who can deliver high-precision functional components at scale.
Commenting on this shift, Mr Sreejesh said, “For general plastic parts, there are many suppliers available. However, when it comes to functional components with tight dimensional tolerances, options in India are limited. Customers are actively looking for partners who can meet these expectations.”
MacPro Technologies also highlighted its growing focus on automation and digitalisation. The company has implemented ERP systems to track purchases, sales, and internal efficiencies, while gradually introducing automation and robotics to enhance productivity. These steps are essential to compete with global manufacturers and manage larger production volumes without relying heavily on manual labour.
Addressing the shift towards smart manufacturing, Anand Varun said, “Automation is no longer optional. To compete globally and improve efficiency, Indian manufacturers must adopt digitised and automated processes, and we are continuously working in that direction.”
In addition to domestic growth, MacPro is actively exploring export opportunities. The company already supplies components to international customers and holds approvals to serve multiple global locations.Withcompliantlogisticsandexportprocessesinplace,MacProiswell-positionedtosupport customers in Europe, the US, and other international markets.

As India’s manufacturing sector continues to evolve, MacPro Technologies aims to play a meaningful role by delivering precision, reliability, and innovation. Through its participation in Moldex 2026, the company looks forward to expanding its reach and contributing to India’s growing presence in the global manufacturing landscape.
