ZAPI GROUP, a global provider of electrification technologies for industrial and commercial vehicles, will present a range of new electrification solutions at ConExpo/AGG 2026, taking place from March 3–7 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The company will highlight several new technologies designed to support the growing electrification of construction and industrial equipment. As these applications evolve toward larger and more demanding vehicle platforms, ZAPI GROUP has developed higher-power onboard converters, inverters, electric motors, and charging systems to meet increasing performance requirements while maintaining compact system designs.
Among the key technologies being presented is a third-generation high-voltage inverter known as ACH3. Designed for motive power applications, the inverter incorporates customizable control software that allows manufacturers to optimize performance for specific vehicle requirements.
The company will also introduce a permanent magnet electric motor solution known as IMI. This system integrates a liquid-cooled power-electronic inverter directly with the motor, creating a compact drive unit intended to improve efficiency and simplify vehicle integration.
In the battery charging category, ZAPI GROUP will display new liquid-cooled onboard charging solutions with power ratings of 7.2 kW and 22 kW. These systems are designed for lithium-ion battery packs operating at 100V, 400V, or 800V.
The 7.2 kW charger functions as a modular three-in-one system combining a one-kilowatt DC-DC converter and an EV charging station interface within a single unit. The higher-capacity 22 kW system operates as a modular four-in-one platform that integrates a two-kilowatt DC-DC converter, charging interface, direct-current fast charging capability, and power line communication functionality.
In addition to these products, ZAPI GROUP will present a 22 kW V2X onboard charger capable of bi-directional energy transfer. The system includes universal grid compatibility and functional safety features designed to support future vehicle-to-grid applications.
The company will also unveil a proof-of-concept fully electric dumper platform demonstrating its integrated electrification technology. The prototype combines ZAPI GROUP motors, inverters, charging systems, and engineering expertise to convert a conventional diesel dumper into a zero-emission electric machine. The project demonstrates how construction equipment manufacturers can adopt electric powertrains while maintaining performance levels required for demanding work environments.
Matteo Artioli, Global Sales Director at ZAPI GROUP, said the company’s technologies are designed to help equipment manufacturers adopt electrification in a practical and scalable way. According to Artioli, the organization’s experience in vehicle electrification enables it to develop integrated solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, and sustainability across industrial applications.
Visitors attending ConExpo/AGG 2026 can view ZAPI GROUP’s technologies at Booth S-83617 in the South Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center. The company will also host its fifth annual Future of Electrification virtual conference on April 21–22, 2026, focusing on practical strategies and case studies related to electric vehicle adoption across industries.
ZAPI GROUP develops electrification technologies including inverters, electric motors, and battery charging systems for electric and hybrid vehicles. The organization employs more than 1,700 people globally and reports annual revenue exceeding $700 million.
