Wipro Limited, a global technology services and consulting company, has announced an expanded partnership with CrowdStrike to introduce Wipro CyberShieldSM MDR, a unified managed security service designed to simplify and strengthen enterprise security operations. CyberShield MDR leverages a modern Security Operations Center (SOC) to provide enhanced visibility, automated response, and greater operational efficiency.
The service addresses challenges enterprises face from fragmented security tools, high alert volumes, and operational blind spots across endpoints, cloud workloads, identity, and data. Powered by CrowdStrike Falcon® Next-Gen SIEM, the platform enhances threat visibility, reduces complexity, and boosts resilience against evolving cyber threats.
Falcon Next-Gen SIEM integrates native Falcon platform data, third-party intelligence, and real-time analytics to improve threat detection and response across enterprises. Combined with Wipro’s global partner ecosystem, including Wipro Ventures portfolio companies Simbian and Tuskira, CyberShield MDR delivers proactive breach protection, continuous monitoring, and rapid incident response.
The service will be managed from Wipro’s eight Cyber Defense Centers worldwide. “Our CyberShield platform, powered by CrowdStrike and supported by our global ecosystem, will help enterprises contain threats swiftly while ensuring business continuity,” said Tony Buffomante, Senior Vice President & Global Head – Cybersecurity & Risk Services at Wipro Limited.
