UST, a global technology solutions company, has signed deals worth more than $2 billion with three leading healthcare organizations. These long-term partnerships mark a significant step forward in UST’s role in supporting healthcare payers and insurers through digital transformation, advanced automation, and improved patient experiences.

The new collaborations highlight UST’s deep expertise in healthcare systems and its ability to apply data-driven technology to solve complex operational challenges. Each engagement is tailored to help organizations move away from legacy processes and toward scalable, human-focused digital platforms.

UST will leverage its experience in managing Third-Party Administrator (TPA) platforms and healthcare operations to help clients gain agility, reduce costs, and improve member satisfaction. Key efforts include the use of artificial intelligence to unlock insights from large datasets and streamline both administrative and clinical workflows.

In one of the initiatives, UST is working with a healthcare provider to analyze data from over 70 million individuals. The goal is to use those insights to personalize member services, cut down operational inefficiencies, and identify new areas for cost savings.

In another program, UST is integrating automation across the software development process to improve product quality and reduce time-to-market. The results have included stronger digital performance and better service reliability for patients and healthcare providers.

Anand Nair, Head of Healthcare and Life Sciences at UST, said “These partnerships reflect a broader shift across the healthcare industry. We’re helping clients modernize how they work and how they care for patients—bringing speed, insight, and flexibility into every part of the system.”

Kailash Attal, Chief Solutions Officer at UST, added “Our approach is focused on making healthcare more personal, but also more efficient. By connecting technology with real-world outcomes, we’re helping health plans build stronger relationships with their members and deliver better results for both patients and business operations.” With more than 20 years of industry experience and a growing global healthcare practice, UST continues to support health organizations in building more connected, responsive, and forward-looking systems.

Since 1999, UST has partnered with top organizations around the world to deliver business and technology transformation at scale. Combining deep industry knowledge with engineering, product design, and a global team of over 30,000 professionals, UST creates practical solutions that drive measurable impact.
