TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited (NSE: TVSSCS, BSE: 543965), one of India’s leading integrated supply chain solutions providers, announced its consolidated unaudited financial results for Q2 FY26 and the first half of the fiscal year. For Q2 FY26, the company recorded a net profit (PAT) of ₹16.31 crore, up 54% from ₹10.61 crore in Q2 FY25, driven by robust operational execution, improved cost efficiencies, and steady business momentum across key verticals.

Profit before tax (PBT) for the quarter rose 31% to ₹23.32 crore, compared with ₹17.83 crore in the corresponding period last year. For the first half of FY26, PAT surged to ₹87.47 crore from ₹18.08 crore in H1 FY25, while consolidated revenue for Q2 reached ₹2,662.63 crore, a 6% increase from ₹2,512.88 crore in Q2 FY25.

Commenting on the results, Ravi Viswanathan, Managing Director, TVS Supply Chain Solutions Ltd, said
“This quarter has been remarkable. The strong uptick in profitability reflects the strength of our strategy and our ability to drive performance in the ISCS segment while managing challenges in the GFS segment. By maintaining cost discipline and focusing on efficiency and customer outcomes, we have delivered strong financial results and strengthened the foundation for sustained growth.”

He added, “Our growth trajectory remains solid, with the business pipeline now exceeding ₹6,200 crore, and ₹204 crore of new business secured this quarter. This momentum highlights the trust our customers place in us and reinforces our capabilities across the value chain.”

R Vaidhyanathan, Global CFO, TVS Supply Chain Solutions Ltd, noted “We posted our second consecutive quarter of PAT growth despite macroeconomic headwinds in the GFS segment. Strategic cost optimization initiatives are progressing well, supporting margin stability. A key highlight this quarter is the strong cash flow generation—operations generated ₹105 crore in H1 FY26, reflecting disciplined working capital management and operational efficiency.”
