TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited (NSE: TVSSCS, BSE: 543965), a global integrated supply chain solutions provider, announced strong financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, driven by sustained momentum in its India business, improved operational efficiencies, and growing customer engagement across key industries. The company reported consolidated revenue of ₹3,032 crore for Q4 FY26, registering a year-on-year growth of 21.3%. Adjusted EBITDA increased 37.5% compared to the corresponding quarter last year, while Adjusted Profit Before Tax (PBT) before exceptional items rose 72.1% year-on-year, reflecting improved operating leverage and disciplined execution.

Profit After Tax (PAT) for Q4 FY26 stood at ₹18.4 crore as against a loss of ₹3.9 crore reported in the same period last year. The India business continued to remain a key growth driver with revenue expanding 31.4% year-on-year during the quarter, supported by strong demand across automotive, industrial, consumer, healthcare, and technology sectors.

For the full financial year, the company crossed the ₹11,000 crore revenue milestone, recording growth of 10.1% over FY25. Adjusted PBT before exceptional items rose significantly to ₹99.3 crore compared to ₹37.3 crore in the previous year. FY26 PAT stood at ₹117 crore against a loss of ₹9.6 crore in FY25, underlining a sharp turnaround in profitability. During the quarter, new business wins stood at ₹524 crore, providing strong visibility for future growth. The company also expanded its global customer base, with the number of Fortune Global 500 clients increasing from 91 to 100 during the year.

Commenting on the performance, Ravi Viswanathan, Managing Director, said the company had delivered a strong finish to the financial year with sustained growth across businesses and continued improvement in profitability. He noted that strategic initiatives undertaken over the past few years, combined with operational discipline and customer-centric execution, had strengthened the company’s market position and growth outlook.

R  Vaidhyanathan, Global Chief Financial Officer, stated that the company closed FY26 with operating cash flow of ₹243 crore, aided by stronger profitability and efficient working capital management. He added that strategic cost optimisation initiatives, including Project One, contributed to improved margins and operational performance during the year.

As part of the leadership transition announced earlier this year, Ravi Viswanathan will step down as Managing Director effective June 30, 2026. The Board has approved the appointment of Vikas Chadha, currently Global CEO, as Managing Director with effect from July 1, 2026.
