TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited (NSE: TVSSCS, BSE: 543965), a leading integrated supply chain solutions provider in India, today announced the acquisition of Hyderabad-based third-party logistics company Swamy & Sons 3PL (S&S3PL). The deal strengthens TVS SCS’ capabilities in the FMCG and FMCD sectors and adds a strong operating presence across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, backed by long-standing customer relationships.
The acquisition has been completed through TVS SCS’ wholly owned subsidiary FIT 3PL, at an enterprise value of ₹88 crore. The transaction will be funded through internal accruals. In FY25, S&S3PL reported revenue of ₹207 crore with a Profit Before Tax (PBT) margin of 3.2%.
S&S3PL has developed strong expertise in FMCG-focused logistics and supports leading customers across India. Known for managing high-volume and time-critical supply chains, the company has built a strong reputation as a dependable logistics partner for major brands.
This transaction represents an important step for TVS SCS’ India business. It strengthens the company’s presence in fast-moving consumption markets, expands its sector coverage, and enhances regional execution. The acquisition also supports stronger distribution and last-mile capabilities, particularly in high-growth markets across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
The acquisition gives TVS SCS an immediate and stronger foothold in the FMCG logistics segment, while expanding its portfolio to include leading FMCG and FMCD customers. It also broadens the company’s service reach by enabling wider geographic coverage and deeper access to high-consumption markets.
In addition, the deal strengthens execution capabilities in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana and is expected to support faster growth and improved margins through operating synergies and scale benefits. By leveraging TVS SCS’ 20 million sq. ft. warehousing network, the acquisition further reinforces the company’s leadership position in India’s supply chain services market.
