Trishakti Industries Limited has placed a purchase order worth ₹105.39 crore with XCMG for 60 units of heavy lifting equipment and aerial work platforms (AWPs), expanding its fleet across infrastructure, renewable energy, steel and industrial applications. The order comprises 11 crawler cranes, including ten 150-tonne machines and one 250-tonne machine, along with ten 50-tonne truck-mounted cranes and 39 XCMG XGS-series articulated boom lifts.

The boom lift order includes 20 units of the XGS40K, 15 XGS43 units, three XGS50K units and one XGS70K unit. The equipment will expand Trishakti’s capabilities across heavy-lift and work-at-height applications and support customers across different stages of project execution.

The purchase forms part of Trishakti’s remaining capital expenditure programme of around ₹130-140 crore under its cumulative ₹400 crore CapEx plan. The company expects the additional equipment to take its fleet beyond 200 units during FY2027. Trishakti’s fleet stood at approximately 155-158 machines as of the first quarter of FY2027. With the addition of the 60 machines, its net fleet size is expected to reach around 230 units, subject to deployment and commissioning.

The company has identified a broad equipment portfolio as an important part of maintaining fleet utilisation. Crawler cranes will support wind energy, refinery and large industrial projects, while truck-mounted cranes will cater to metro, highway and steel plant projects. The articulated boom lifts will address industrial maintenance and other work-at-height requirements. Trishakti maintained approximately 100% fleet utilisation during FY2026 and the first quarter of FY2027. Management has also indicated an executable order book of approximately ₹70-72 crore for FY2027.

Dhruv Jhanwar, Chief Executive Officer, Trishakti Industries Limited, said, “This order reflects the demand we continue to see from our customers across infrastructure, renewable energy, steel and industrial projects. By adding a balanced mix of crawler cranes, truck-mounted cranes and telescopic boom lifts, we are broadening our product portfolio, which we believe is central to sustaining high fleet utilisation as we scale.”

The company’s equipment is deployed across renewable energy, infrastructure and EPC, steel and industrial projects, railways and government, oil, gas and power. Renewable energy was the largest single vertical, accounting for approximately 48% of the deployed fleet in FY2026.

The order comes as infrastructure and industrial investment continues to generate demand for specialised equipment rental services. Renting heavy lifting equipment allows project companies to access specialised machinery without making the upfront capital investment required for ownership, while also reducing responsibilities related to depreciation and maintenance.

Trishakti Industries is a BSE-listed infrastructure equipment rental company providing specialised heavy equipment for infrastructure, steel, industrial, renewable energy and large construction projects across India. The company is expanding its fleet and equipment portfolio to support customers requiring lifting and work-at-height solutions while focusing on fleet deployment, utilisation and execution of its identified capital expenditure programme.
