TransTech Group has announced the acquisition of a controlling interest in Teknoflow Green Equipments Private Limited, marking a strategic expansion of its global engineered products platform. The transaction also establishes TransTech’s first manufacturing base in India, strengthening its international footprint and enhancing its ability to serve customers across key markets.

Teknoflow, founded in 1989 and headquartered in Nashik, is a well-established manufacturer of engineered process equipment and custom fabrications for OEMs and EPC companies in the energy and industrial infrastructure sectors. The company designs and produces a wide range of equipment, including ASME-coded and non-coded pressure vessels, shell and tube heat exchangers, modular process skids, columns, and heavy structural assemblies.

With a presence in more than 25 countries, Teknoflow operates advanced manufacturing facilities spanning approximately 180,000 square feet. Its capabilities are supported by globally recognized certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 3834-2, AD 2000 compliance, PED, and ASME U, U2, R, and NB stamps, ensuring adherence to international quality and safety standards.

Following the acquisition, Teknoflow will operate as part of TransTech’s Engineered Products Group. The partnership is expected to strengthen TransTech’s ability to deliver high-quality, engineered equipment through a multi-regional manufacturing network. The integration will also enhance collaboration across engineering, fabrication, and project execution capabilities.

TransTech Group’s Chairman and CEO, Jeff Berlin, noted that Teknoflow’s engineering expertise, strong customer relationships, and shared organizational values made it a natural fit for the group. He highlighted that the partnership aligns with TransTech’s long-term growth strategy and will support customers with expanded manufacturing options and reliable delivery across regions.

Teknoflow’s Founder and CEO, Laxman Pachkawade, said the partnership represents a significant milestone in the company’s growth journey. By joining TransTech, Teknoflow gains access to broader technical resources, global customer networks, and an expanded manufacturing platform, while continuing to operate with its existing leadership team and customer-centric approach.

TransTech Group currently operates across the United States, Europe, and now India, with more than 800,000 square feet of fabrication capacity across 14 locations. The addition of Teknoflow further enhances its ability to execute complex projects through integrated, multi-location manufacturing and service delivery.
