Consumer technology platform Speedioo has secured ₹10 crore in seed funding in a round led by Atomic Capital. The investment marks the company’s first institutional fundraise and will support its next phase of growth, including technology development, geographic expansion, dealer network growth, OEM partnerships, and the strengthening of its retail presence across India.
Founded by industry veterans Sagar Potphode and Ajit Deshmukh, Speedioo is building a technology-led platform focused on transforming India’s fragmented used two-wheeler market. The company plans to deploy the newly raised capital toward developing an AI-enabled operating platform that integrates procurement, vehicle inspection, pricing, inventory management and customer transactions across the value chain.
The company has recorded more than fivefold growth in revenue over the last twelve months while remaining EBITDA-positive and cash flow positive. During the same period, Speedioo achieved gross merchandise value (GMV) exceeding ₹30 crore and sold more than 4,000 vehicles through its growing network.
Commenting on the development, Sagar Potphode, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Speedioo, said, “Personal mobility remains a critical aspiration for millions of Indians, particularly outside major metropolitan centres. Our objective is to build a trusted and technology-enabled platform that brings transparency, reliability and convenience to used two-wheeler ownership. This investment allows us to strengthen our technology infrastructure, expand our footprint and create a more efficient ecosystem for customers, dealers and OEM partners.”
Speedioo currently works with more than 200 dealer partners across key markets including Pune, Mumbai and Bengaluru. The company intends to significantly expand this network while entering new cities and increasing its retail presence through a franchise-led model designed to support scalable growth.
Atomic Capital believes the used two-wheeler segment presents a substantial opportunity for organized players. The category is estimated to be larger than the new two-wheeler market by volume, yet remains overwhelmingly unorganized with limited brand-led participation.
Apoorv Gautam, Founder and Managing Partner of Atomic Capital, said, “The market is at an inflection point driven by increasing consumer aspirations, premiumization trends and the emergence of electric mobility. Speedioo has demonstrated disciplined execution, strong unit economics and sustainable growth. We see significant potential for the company to build a category-defining platform by combining technology, operational excellence and customer trust.”
Looking ahead, Speedioo aims to cross ₹100 crore in annual recurring revenue within the next 12 to 18 months. Growth initiatives will include expanding sourcing channels, strengthening OEM collaborations, introducing financing and warranty products, entering additional Tier I, II, III and IV markets, and building customer experience capabilities supported by technology-driven operations.
With India’s used two-wheeler market valued at nearly USD 28 billion and continuing to grow, Speedioo is positioning itself to become a leading organized player in a category that remains largely underserved despite its scale and importance to personal mobility across the country.
Speedioo is a full-stack consumer technology company focused on transforming India’s used two-wheeler market through technology, operational excellence and customer-centric solutions. The company operates an integrated platform spanning procurement, pricing, refurbishment, supply chain management and retail distribution to make vehicle ownership more transparent, accessible and reliable.
