Simplex Castings Limited (BSE: 513472), a precision metallurgy company based in India, has received the Special Trophy for Excellence in Exports of High-Technology Products at the 41st EEPC India Export Awards for the Western Region. The awards ceremony was held in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, on December 30, 2025.
The award is conferred by EEPC India, the engineering export promotion council under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India. Simplex Castings was recognised in the Special Trophy category for its sustained export of high-technology engineering products to international markets, including Russia, Ukraine, Japan, Taiwan, and Italy.
The company was presented with the award by Chaitanya Kashyap, Honourable Minister for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of Madhya Pradesh, in the presence of industry leaders and senior officials. Commenting on the recognition, Sangeeta K Shah, Managing Director, Simplex Castings Limited, said that the award reflects the company’s long-standing focus on export growth, particularly in specialised areas such as steel plant equipment. She noted that the company supplies high-grade components developed using advanced German and Japanese technologies refined over decades of engineering experience.
Ms Shah added that the recognition reinforces the company’s commitment to expanding its global presence while maintaining consistent standards in engineering, quality, and product development, contributing to India’s engineering export capabilities.
