Schneider Electric, a global specialist in energy management and automation, has opened a new office in Gurugram, Haryana, underscoring its long-term commitment to India’s economic growth, technological advancement, and sustainability goals. The inauguration was attended by senior leadership from Schneider Electric, including Manish Pant, Executive Vice President – International Operations, and Deepak Sharma, Zone President – Greater India, Managing Director and CEO of Schneider Electric India, along with His Excellency Thierry Mathou, Ambassador of France to India.

He emphasized that Schneider Electric’s continued investment in India demonstrates the country’s growing influence in shaping global solutions for a more sustainable future, particularly as both nations look ahead to the India–France Year of Innovation in 2026.

Designed to promote collaboration and creativity, the facility brings together people, technology, and purpose to better serve customers and communities.
The new office features an Innovation Hub that offers an immersive view of Schneider Electric’s energy management and automation portfolio. The space demonstrates how integrated energy technologies translate sustainability ambitions into practical outcomes at the intersection of electrification, automation, and digitalization, helping industries and communities enhance efficiency, resilience, and environmental performance.
Also located within the facility is Gurukul, Schneider Electric’s flagship learning and development center. Gurukul focuses on building future-ready skills among employees, partners, and customers, reinforcing the company’s commitment to workforce development and its belief that people and technology together drive lasting impact.
Located in DLF Downtown, one of Gurugram’s premier commercial districts, the building has been designed to meet LEED Platinum standards, reflecting Schneider Electric’s emphasis on sustainable construction and workplace excellence. The new headquarters adds to the company’s recent office expansions in Bengaluru, Powai, and Mahape, further enhancing employee experience and reinforcing its continued investment in India.
